Quick answers
What happens in a movement assessment?
A movement screening evaluates how your body moves through a series of functional patterns. We identify restrictions, imbalances, and compensation patterns that inform your program design.
What if I've had injuries before?
Training is adjusted to your history and current ability. Past injuries shape the plan; they don't disqualify you.
What if I haven't trained in years?
Training starts at your level and builds from there. The assessment meets you exactly where you are.
Will this be too intense?
Intensity is based on what your body is ready for, and it's adjusted session to session.
How long before I see results?
Most clients notice changes within a few weeks, with more significant, lasting results over 8 to 12 weeks and beyond.
Do I need equipment?
No. Training adapts to your environment, whether that's a full gym or your living room.
How often should I train?
Most clients train 2 to 3 times per week, adjusted to your goals and schedule.
What if I'm not consistent?
Structure and accountability are built in to help you stay consistent, which is the single biggest factor in long-term results.
What makes this different?
Training starts with how your body moves and builds from there, instead of chasing fatigue or following a generic plan.
Where do sessions take place?
At facilities in Las Vegas, Dedication PT, and Lake Las Vegas. Home and concierge training is also available.
